Family businesses tend to hit the same wall as they grow: the brand was built for one business, and success turned them into several.

María knew this. She did not say it that way. What she said was that opportunities kept slipping past because everything sat under a single name, covering activities that complemented each other without being the same thing.
There was a second point, and it mattered more. Demand already exceeded her capacity, and she knew the rebrand had to say so. We were opening a boutique, not a mall.
What I did
I brought the client in myself and partnered with Funka Brands to deliver the project. Then we did the part we like best: pure strategy. Listening closely, asking sharply, interpreting carefully, and making the whole thing add up.
I led the team, a project manager, a creative director, a graphic designer and a web developer, and stayed the single point of contact throughout. María is based in Calgary as well, so much of this happened in the same room.
I designed and ran every strategy workshop, interview and benchmark, and defined the brand's voice and key messages.

Tagline written for the brand
Mariana was essential to our rebranding. She arrived with questions that helped us get organised and make key decisions. Our goal was a position that would bring us closer to the most ambitious projects in the region, and we got there. We increased our average project ticket by 85% in a year and a half.
